What is Neck Pain?

Neck pain is a common issue caused by muscle strain or sprain, often due to poor posture, whiplash injuries, or prolonged screen time. It may also be linked to herniated discs, arthritis, spinal stenosis, vertebral misalignment, or even tumors. Symptoms can include stiffness, limited range of motion, headaches, dizziness, and in severe cases, numbness or tingling in the arms or hands.

How do you treat Neck Pain?

We use chiropractic adjustments, electrical muscle stimulation, and cervical traction to help reduce tension, improve mobility, and relieve nerve pressure. These treatments can help restore function without the need for medication or surgery.

Is there anything I can do for Neck Pain at home?

Resting and avoiding activities that aggravate the pain can support healing. Applying ice for 10-15 minutes at a time can reduce inflammation, while moist heat can help relax tight muscles. Massage therapy and physical therapy may also improve flexibility and strength. In severe cases, surgery may be required if conservative treatments are not effective.
